Personality: Percy is a very smart person. He used to be an artist, before he met the Riddler, his friend and sometimes partner in crime. He likes to joke around, but he is very alone inside, due to the loss of the love of his life, Riley. This causes him to get excited every time he has a partner to work with. He sometimes can test peoples patience unintentionally, but is a very good detective, if only using his skills for criminal activities.
